“The technician was extremely rude and unprofessional. He demanded payment in the form of cash or check even though we had already paid online, per cardetailing.com. I felt so unsafe that I called the cops. The manager that I was speaking to at the time was more concerned with getting their money because apparently this technician owed the cardetailing company $700 and not as concerned with our safety. I am wondering why a company would allow a technician that they have had money problems/issues with in the past continue to come to customers homes and put our safety in jeopardy. I will absolutely never again use this company. ”

“The service was scheduled for 11 am today but the technicians did not show up until 12:45 and did not even have the decency to call and let us know that they would be late. When I called at 11:30 to find out where they were he told me he would be there in 40 minutes which would have put him at my house at 12:10 but he did not arrive until 12:45 and he did not call at all.
In addition the interior still had some crumbs on the seats and door side pockets. I did inspect the car but by the time they were done at 2:05 pm I had to leave for work and did not have time to have them fix it.
I paid the bill and even added in a tip but was not pleased with the service.
I unfortunately will not be using your service again nor will I be recommending your service.”

“For what he had to deal with we are really happy and would refer him or you to anyone thank you and we also were wondering if people normally tip we didnt and wondered because this was our first time ever doing this”

“He was 3 hours late. Interior not completed. Rims dirty. Black plastic dirty. Polish ran down on bottom black trim. Door jams still dirty. Didn't do headliner or trunk. Engine compartment not touched. Overall lousy job. ”
